We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, in-person Tours, Website Materials, Data, and other like services. You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the tours, services, including transportation, a computer, modem, and Internet access (including payment of all fees associated with such access).

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the Tour or Site, including any of the Tour and Sites features, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this Site or Tour shall also be subject to these Agreements and Policies.

  1. Our Privacy Vow

Your privacy is important. We strive to provide you with a safe and secure user experience. For example, rather than store your form data on our site we store on Google servers. Google have vowed to keep this information private. Your data is not used for any marketing purposes without your consent.

On occasion, there may be instances wherein information must be obtained in order to differentiate you from our thousands of other unique visitors. This helps us provide information and services that are most relevant to you.

We collect information through registration and cookies and when we do so, your information is encrypted and passed between Secure Socket Layers on the Internet so that it can be verified and trusted by our web and email servers and those belonging to Google. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement.

HawaiiPotTours.com uses SSL security on every form that collects personal information.

Individuals may opt-out of communications, thereby terminating all existing information he or she may have registered with HawaiiPotTours.com. This is done by sending an email to: hawaiicannabis@gmail.com and requesting a removal from our database.

Refund policies keep our tour prices affordable. So please be sure of your travel dates. Please confirm your flight and hotel plans before reserving your tour. Please call us asap if you cannot make your tour for any reason. For a full refund submit a cancellation request two weeks before your tour date. 50% refunds are available 7 or more days before your tour date.

These Agreements and Policies constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us concerning the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect to that subject matter. These Agreements and Policies may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s).
